We are contracted to provide services to large national fleets with roadside assistance, maintenance management and emergency services.

We channel all breakdowns, call outs and support through this service with the assistance of our own workshop network and the national dealer network.

The sophisticated Roadcall Solutions Centre is also linked to Trauma link and Netcare 911. Our Roadcall Solutions Centre is operational on a twenty four hour basis and all calls are logged, processed and monitored continuously.

Our qualified staff specialise in various categories of fleet cost management to ensure that appropriate decisions and solutions are provided to your fleet.

The roadcall systems software provides our liaison officers with reliable up-to date information to perform this important maintenance function.

  • The above services are restricted to manufacturer warranty stipulations and the complexity of the failure.
  • The following are excluded from each categories monthly Road call service fee, and would be for the account of the client and billed separately per incident:
    • Change of flat tyre and puncture repair - tyres, tubes and puncture
    • Key lock-out service – replacement keys, locks, and accessories
    • Out of fuel - Fuel costs
    • Minor Mechanical / Electrical Repairs – all parts, components and material used
    • Supply and fit a new battery – batteries, wiring and terminals
    • Driver Repatriation – direct cost to client from point of breakdown or towing to repatriation destination
    • Towing Collision damage – all tows
    • Towing for Attempted Theft/ Hi-Jacking – all tows
    • Independent Technical assistance in maintenance disputes Nationally
  • Towing services to the nearest approved dealership, which list should be provided by AFROX
  • These towing services will be restricted to the following:
    • Major mechanical failure
    • Major electrical failure
